PalmersIT Consulting have developed a new workshop for people of all of ages.
This program will include building a computer, installing start-up software or upgrades.
At the end of the session you can take home your brand-new computer or alternatively work on a computer provided.
Come for three hours and pay for two (only for first 3 weeks). Most building sessions will take perhaps two hours with operating system installation taking around one hour.
If you do not wish to learn how to install the hardware, we also provide specialized classes on installing and upgrading your computer.This is a shorter 2 hour install session where you have the option of bringing in your own computer and learning to install an operating system or using a computer provided.
My Learn-IT is an opportunity to learn the skills, of a new era, in a pressure free environment; making it easier to learn the basic skills of computer use. The basics of the course include:
Hardware Installation (Learning where to place the CPU, Motherboard, CD Drive etc)
